My husband and I adopted Milton, age 5, and Little Dog, age 7, in late January 2013. They were brought into the CDHS together in November after their owner passed away. They are both such loveable animals and adapted to our house with ease. Little Dog is smart, curious, playful, and affectionate. She loves snuggling under covers, taking walks, and despite her smaller stature, is the leader of the pack at the dog park. Milton is a big, gentle boy and loves nothing more than sleeping on our large arm chair by the front window, now referred to in our house as “Milton’s chair.” When he’s not napping, he enjoys chewing on his bone or outsmarting the Kong. His sister is the boss of the duo, and Milton is just fine with that! They both do really well with other dogs of all sizes and make us very proud parents at the dog park. We feel so lucky to have found Milton and Little Dog.
